G.S.R. ……(E ).- In exercise of powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 22 and clause (e) of sub-section (2) of section 100 of the Metro Railways (Operation and Maintenance) Act, 2002 (60 of 2002), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules for regulating the operations and maintenance of Metro Railways in
India, except the metropolitan city of Calcutta, namely:-
- CHAPTER I :PRELIMINARY
- CHAPTER II: RULES APPLYING TO METRO RAILWAY EMPLOYEES GENERALLY
- CHAPTER III: SIGNALS AND CONTROL
- CHAPTER IV: SPEED AND WORKING OF TRAINS
- CHAPTER V: PLATFORM DOORS
- CHAPTER VI: CONTROL AND WORKING OF STATIONS
- CHAPTER VII: ACCIDENT AND UNUSUAL OCCURRENCES
- CHAPTER VIII: SYSTEMS OF WORKING
- CHAPTER IX: SINGLE LINE WORKING
- CHAPTER X: PERMANENT WAY AND WORKS
- CHAPTER XI: POWER SUPPLY AND TRACTION ARRANGEMENT
- CHAPTER XII: OTHER SYSTEMS OF WORKING
